Monthly Dues Collection – Starting July 2025

Dear Lot Owners,

This is to formally inform everyone that beginning July 2025, we will start collecting monthly dues of ₱500 per owner.

Background

This was discussed and agreed upon during our emergency meeting held on June 21, 2025. The collected amount will be used to support shared expenses and ongoing needs of the community, including:

  • Flood control infrastructure projects
  • Canal maintenance and cleaning programs
  • Road improvements (priority: student pathways)
  • General subdivision maintenance

Payment Instructions

Kindly send your monthly contribution to:

GCash Details:

  • Name: See Messenger
  • GCash Number: See Messenger
  • Amount: ₱500 per lot owner
  • Due Date: 1st of each month

Payment Confirmation

After sending your payment, please post the following information in the group chat:

  • Amount sent
  • Your name
  • GCash reference number

This will help us confirm and track all payments accurately.

Important Notes

  • Payment is due on the 1st of each month
  • First payment due: July 1, 2025
  • Monthly financial reports will be provided for transparency
