This is to formally announce the commencement of the July Tambak Project as discussed during our emergency meeting on June 21, 2025. This project is critical for addressing flooded areas affecting student pathways and preparing for the upcoming rainy season.

Cost Distribution Explanation:

  • Truck Cost: ₱1,700 per truck (2 trucks = ₱3,400 for commercial/apartment, 1 truck = ₱1,700 for residential)
  • Labor Share: ₱800 ÷ 7 owners = ₱114.29 each
  • Snacks Share: ₱100 ÷ 7 owners = ₱14.29 each
  • Total: Sum of truck cost + labor share + snacks share

  • Student Safety: Address flooded areas affecting daily school commute
  • Accessibility: Improve pathways for all residents, especially children and elderly
  • Flood Prevention: Prepare subdivision for upcoming rainy season
